Assumptions

  • 5,000,000 DA annual turnover ceiling for the auto-entrepreneur status (DGI, Finance Law 2023 art. 51).
  • The tax year is assumed to be the calendar year (to verify).
  • Warning thresholds at 80% and 90% are this site’s editorial markers, not legal thresholds.
  • Estimated IFU = 0.5% of turnover, minimum 10,000 DA.

Cases not covered

  • Foreign-currency receipts: the official rate to use for the ceiling is to verify.
  • The exact definition of turnover counted (cashed or invoiced): to verify with the DGI/ANAE.
  • Micro-importer auto-entrepreneurs: IFU is paid at customs on each import (Finance Law 2026 art. 143), not through this tracker.
  • Other thresholds (general IFU 8,000,000 DA) and other regimes.
